It is very clear how the political message behind the original video inspired you to also look at issues within your own neighborhood, which I think is a great strength of the project. Choosing the title "Addressing Home" was also a great way of looking at the issues and making them personal - all too often in big cities we can see issues like litter and assume it is someone else's problem - by including the word "home" you make it clear that the issue is one that is close to you and you value your community. We had the chance to look at this together in class, but by looking at your entire blog I also noticed the theme of recycling and waste in your scanography project, which gave this assignment an additional level of interest! I think this project has a lot of room to be expanded because it is clearly an issue of importance for you. Based on your apparent comfort with the special effects and editing, I think you could expand the project to be longer and include more examples of waste and waste solutions in your neighborhood.
